Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval.

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
