At CrystalStar, we want you to love your hand-embroidered bracelets and hairpins. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
